An integrated Approach to Grow Sustainably
The mandate
Our collaboration with Tradelco Inc, a distributor of electrical and automation products, began in 2020 with a strategic diagnosis. Since then, our team offers strategic and operational support in communication for various investment projects and has helped design the company's new transactional platform.
The challenge
In 2022, Tradelco must simultaneously coordinate the realization of several large-scale strategic projects while ensuring the fluidity of its day-to-day operations. The company identified a need for in-depth expertise in communication and responsible business practices, while ensuring efficient, centralized project management.
Solutions
Develop a consistent editorial strategy across all project phases;
Ensure the fair and efficient completion of the various stages of projects in line with customer expectations;
Adopt agile project management methodologies to foster flexibility, adaptability and responsiveness to ongoing changes;
Organize regular meetings with relevant stakeholders to ensure a common understanding of objectives, deadlines and responsibilities;
Set up a feedback mechanism to gather feedback from stakeholders on the effectiveness of communication and make the necessary adjustments to continuously improve processes;
The results
All the goals set at the beginning of the mandate were achieved:
Efficient and agile project management;
Update of the brand identity and creation of a graphic standards guide;
Creation and launch in 2023 of an optimized transactional site incorporating key eco-design principles, in collaboration with MXO agency;
Development of a trust-based relationship and a long-term collaboration based on active listening, the sharing of know-how and the personalization of our consulting services in both approach and implementation.
