OROKOM was born of a desire to break free from traditional structures. To taste freedom. To do things differently. To promote best practices and support projects that are close to our hearts. To build interconnected and resilient ecosystems. To co-manage a company that reflects who we are. And ultimately, to cultivate human potential and co-create the future.

Communication for All

Our name refers to the fact that communication techniques and tools are vital to all dimensions of an organization and throughout all its functions, from strategic thinking to execution, from management to day-to-day communications.

It also reflects our commitment to offering accessible services, notably by adopting a straight-forward and user-friendly approach, as well as preferential pricing for non-profit organizations.

"OROKOM is a little-known treasure in Quebec - like the flying squirrel, its totem animal. Present in our Quebec forests, this small nocturnal animal works while most people are asleep; it spreads its wings with confidence to soar towards new horizons while keeping its feet firmly planted on the ground. There couldn't be a better image to represent a project like ours, which encourages individuals, organizations and communities to surpass themselves to maximize their societal impact in a positive and sustainable way."

Catherine Lamontagne, Founder and President

An Experience Co-constructed Around Three Values

  • Excellence

Cultivate and deploy one's independence of thought, one's talents and singular strengths with relevancy, coherence, rigour, and aestheticism in order to nurture meaning and continuous improvement.

  • Collaboration
